Manikant started his career as a Data Engineer at Snapdeal, where he worked extensively with OLAP systems and Spark. He then joined Milliman as the first engineering member of the DataOps and DevSecOps Engineering vertical. Later, he joined Plum as the first member of the Data vertical, where he served as an Engineering Manager. Currently, Manikant is an Engineering Manager at Atlan, where he is responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring smooth operations. Atlan is backed by top investors like Insight, Sequoia & Waterbridge and is proud to count the founders & CEOs of Snowflake, Looker, Stitch, DataRobot & more as investors. Manikant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. He also has a background in science from S.S.V.M. Bhagmara, Dhanbad, and elementary education from Bharat Singh Public School, Bokaro. Manikant's tech stack includes Snowflake, Data Engineering, and Spark, and he has worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the past.
