He has a strong track record of successfully managing large testing delivery and transformation projects in the area of Investment and Wealth management. Manish is proficient in managing and executing mid to large scale IT projects either on-shore or through off-shore captive center for large scale financial companies. He has experience in building large teams from scratch and taking it to a maturity level where teams get engaged in delivering projects with full ownership from off-shore location(India). Manish is currently heading the Wealth Testing Practice at Barclays. He is responsible for heading the testing of Wealth Digital and Client Services Technology cluster at Pune which is part of Wealth Business of Barclays UK. He has in-depth understanding of quality assurance area with new trends in the market, great passion to build highly effective and efficient teams, very high focus on quality of delivery, continuous improvement, productivity, automation, and believe in building excellent partnership with business and other IT teams.
