Manish Bansor is a highly experienced Technical Arch Science Manager with over 16 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He has extensive experience in developing and containerizing Java applications using Docker from CI/CD builds till its deployments using Docker-compose and Kubernetes Clusters. Manish is also proficient in UML, Java, XML, Databases, and Open Source Frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, etc. He has hands-on experience in implementing and configuring messaging applications such as Apache Kafka, TIBCO EMS, and setting up Apache-Ignite clusters for caching. Manish has expertise in TIBCO Middleware product suite, including BusinessWorks 5x and 6x, RV, and Plugins and Adapters. He has good experience in Power, Banking, and Telecom domain implementations. Manish has actively done project management, including project monitoring, technical execution, business analysis, leading the team, and post-implementation support. He has very good concepts and understanding of Event Driven Architecture(s), Service Oriented Architecture(s), Web Services, Middleware design patterns. He is currently working as a Tech Arch Science Manager at Accenture. He also handled the team of 8 members and provided value-added services by automations such as Jenkins CI/CD implementation for building Java docker images till deployment in Kubernetes Clusters. Manish created PCI/PII masking framework for contextual logging and implemented SAP RFC integration using SAP JCO to expose RFC’s as Rest Services. Manish has a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
