Manish Deshpande is a seasoned Program and Project Delivery Management professional with over 14 years of experience in product development, delivery management, service delivery, and product support. He is a customer result-oriented delivery manager with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex problems and optimizing solutions for scalability and performance of multi-tiered distributed systems. Manish is currently managing the delivery and support operations of Java-based product deployments across EMEA telecom operators, driving customer reported issues to closure involving multiple vendors and in-house technical teams. Manish is well-versed in leading teams of 30 to manage stringent SLAs and manage customers effectively. He came up with an idea of a dedicated team for L1 support to build a revenue model for Managed Services team and automation to reduce mundane work and increase productivity by 35%. Currently, Manish is working as Global Projects Delivery Head at Verifone. He has managed the delivery of various complex components that are part of a global solution to ensure the deadline is met and the solution is deployed on a cloud environment. He has also built technical solutions to respond to RFPs rolled by leading Thailand bank and a leading petroleum organization in India. Manish has worked with Subex in the past as Associate Director - Program Delivery and Managed Services Manager. As Associate Director, he managed and primed end-to-end delivery of multiple Subex Products/Projects with various Telcos in the EMEA region simultaneously. As Managed Services Manager, he built processes and automated 20% daily checks to support Application support and business operations for tier – 1 operators in EMEA region.
