Manish Kushwaha is a Senior Technical Thought Leader with over 21 years of experience in cloud and client technologies, as well as deep expertise in Analytics. He is currently the Director of Data Engineering at McAfee, where he has been defining data strategies for the past 8 years. Manish has also worked with Motorola for 8 years, where he introduced Hadoop as an early adopter of Big Data technology in 2006, enabling voluminous call detail log analysis to stabilize mobile networks. He then joined PubMatic, a start-up where he scaled infrastructure to handle terabytes of daily data and designed a real-time bidding system with sub-millisecond response, helping the company compete with Google and reach $100 million in revenue. At McAfee, Manish has championed a Data-Driven Culture, architected a common service platform, and data analytics platform, allowing them to scale their telemetry and analytics with terabytes of data. He has collaborated with various teams for data analytics and has been awarded multiple times, including receiving the McAfee Employee of the Year Annual Award. Manish has also showcased McAfee's technical depth with papers and presentations at premium Indian institutes like Sikkim National Institute of Technology and Jain University. He has submitted three IDF to secure mobile platforms and privacy. Manish is a renowned speaker and keynote speaker with IEEE and WWF (Working Woman Forum). He has a relevant experience of 20.12 years in Data Engineering, Mobile, Senior Software Engineering, Hadoop, and Infra. Manish has a BE in Computer Science from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University and completed his Class 12th in Science with Math from Bokaro Ispat Vidyalya, Sector 3E, Bokaro Steel City. He also has a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst from Deakin University, which he will complete in 2023.
