Manish Rana is a Senior TA Partner at nFerence Labs, a well-funded company that is building the world's first massive-scale platform for pharmaco-biomedical computing. Manish is a part of the Talent Acquisition Team at nFerence, where he is responsible for recruiting passionate, talented, and innovative individuals who love solving problems and complex challenges in large-scale computing. He specializes in technical and non-tech recruitment, talent sourcing and mapping, lateral hiring recruitment for permanent, and handling end-to-end recruitment life-cycle. Manish has a master's in business and a major in Human resources. He loves recruiting, employee relations, and changing people's lives for the better by finding something they love. He has 8.19 years of relevant experience and has worked with companies like furlenco and zopper in the past. At furlenco, he was an Associate HR- Talent Acquisition and helped the urban Indian to live better today in their homes, by giving them award-winning furniture and home decor on rent. At zopper, he was a Talent Acquisition Partner and was responsible for managing the Tech and Non-Tech hiring for all levels. Manish's current company, nFerence Labs, is collaborating heavily with premier medical institutions such as the Mayo Clinic and building systems to get deep medical insights from patient information including patient notes and lab information, medical images, ECGs, etc. They are using AI/Deep Learning (on clinical text, medical images, and other signals) and massive high-performance computing to help pharma companies perform faster and more efficient drug discovery, and also help early diagnoses of several key diseases.
