He is currently working as the Inventory Operations at Blinkit, where he is building the company and hiring new talents. He developed a curriculum for pre-school which is completely oriented to a rural environment, and developed a Rural pre-school at 1/15th of the set-up cost of an urban Area. He turned the project operationally profitable within 6 months as against the target of 24 months even at a fee which is 1/10th of the fee of an urban area Pre-school. Manish is also the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Pumpkart.com, India's largest wholesale B2B company selling a complete range of appliances including Home and Kitchen appliances, Hardware, Sanitary ware, and Industry Supply. Pumpkart marketplace brings the retailers directly in touch with the Brands allowing the brands to leverage the reach of Pumkart and retailers get the access to better pricing. Pumpkart's USP is its service model where all brands sold from the platform can be serviced at the Pumpkart service centers thus providing the retailer a hassle-free sales for all the products they buy on the platform.
