Manish Shara is a highly experienced and accomplished entrepreneur, currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of ZET, a company that specializes in hiring across Tech, Product, Growth, and Business. With over 11 years of relevant experience in the industry, Manish is an expert in mobile and web technologies and product management. Prior to his current role, Manish served as the Co-founder and CEO of onecode, where he was responsible for driving the company's growth and success. He has also held key positions at Dineout, where he served as the Product Head and Product Manager and Growth Hacker. At Dineout, Manish was responsible for leading the product team of 4 PMs, setting key metrics for each product improvement, and driving cross-functional teams to achieve them. He prioritized the product backlog based on business objectives and drove the product roadmap based on the product vision. Manish implemented Agile Product Squads, which led to a 50% improvement in the development cycle. He also introduced the culture of A/B experimentation and owned the development of Dineout’s mobile apps from product ideation to making wireframes which contributed 80% reservations. Manish holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University and completed his Senior Secondary education in Science & Maths from Air Force School.
