She is currently the Senior Manager of Data Analytics at Progress and is also the Co-Founder of Productive Weekends. Her passion lies in solving product-related problems using data as the backbone. Manisha completed her engineering in Information Science and Engineering from PESIT, Bangalore. She has also co-authored two acclaimed research papers in the field of Load Balancing on the cloud. Manisha is extremely passionate about Design Thinking and loves discovering insights from any data thrown at her. Product Analytics is an important wing for any Product team to make data-informed decisions, and Manisha understands this well. She is an expert in validating, synthesizing, and transforming customer data for analysis using SQL, R, Excel, and Tableau. She has experience in defining performance metrics and KPIs for various features and has been responsible for all open-ended data questions for making engineering and product decisions. Manisha has worked with several renowned companies such as Athenahealth, Cypress, and Flipkart. At Athenahealth, she was a Senior Product Analyst and was responsible for providing efficient analysis of data for a more accurate understanding of large complex and unstructured data sets. She has also created dashboards for monitoring product health and the performance of new released features.
