Key Projects - Product Development and Enhancements:•	Led the deployment of Ratings & Reviews on OYO consumer platforms – App, Web & mWeb across international geographies, achieving an absolute lift 0.88% in user conversions.•	Led the optimization of List to Detail & Detail to Booking funnel through various enhancements such as Dynamic Image Sequencing, Auto Widget Ordering achieving an absolute lift 2.1% in user conversions.•	Developing a text classification model for issue identification and sentiment analysis across various channels - App store reviews, User Feedbacks and Social Media comments, saving Rs. 60 Lacs+ annually for the company•	Development of an Image rating algorithm for facilitating and automation of vendor payments in lieu of the quality check of photos before being uploaded to the OYO platforms.Key Projects - User Growth & Retention:•	Led the deployment of holistic and integrated Customer Lifecycle marketing campaigns at OYO.•	Led the CRM strategy from customer journey planning to campaign construct across channels for Discover OYO Program achieving the target of 20% CRM attributed URNs.Other Responsibilities & Projects:•	Product development plan of MoEngage (Marketing Automation Tool) for requirements specific to OYO.•	Led the realization for App based demand channel launch in UAE, achieving a relative lift of 13% in the market.•	Automation of multiple dashboards for tracking of metrics and generation of insights from data.
