Manjula Eshwaran is an experienced Tech Leader with a strong background in the banking industry. With over 17 years of relevant experience, she has demonstrated her expertise in providing services and support to technology platforms, managing global delivery, and people development. She is currently the Capability Area Lead for Payments Data Analytics (SVP) at ANZ. Manjula is a skilled engineer with experience in various technologies and leadership skills. She is passionate about innovation and ideation and has a proven ability to build high-performing teams through high EQ. She has a demonstrated history of driving high performance in her teams, and her ability to facilitate training and mentoring across multiple geographies has enabled her to achieve great results. In her current role, Manjula is responsible for driving new product features and platform frameworks. She manages the Scrum process, creates epics and user stories, and ensures a roadmap of features is developed, maintained, and prioritized in alignment with business priorities and customer needs. She also builds operating models for Platform Governance, Design & Coding standards, Testing strategies, and DevOps methodologies for the platform. Manjula's past experience includes roles as Tribe Performance Lead (Senior Vice President) and Product Owner (Vice President) at ANZ. In her role as Product Owner, she was responsible for the development of the PREX (Payments Repository & Exchange) platform. This platform provides a single, consolidated view of payment transaction information across the Payment Value Chain by providing real-time information services to global operations and product areas to enable operational efficiencies and improve customer service. Manjula holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, with a field of study in Information Technology. Her tech stack includes expertise in test and DevOps.
