Manjula Shenoy is a seasoned Lead-Talent Acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently working with PwC as Talent Acquisition Lead, she has previously worked with Velankani Software and Wipro in various roles. At Velankani Software, Manjula was responsible for project planning, delivery design, client management, stakeholder management, vendor management, people management, and recruitment. She was involved in sourcing and recruiting candidates with skills in Java, Fullstack Developer, Embedded, NMS EMS, Pega, Web Technologies, and QA. Manjula collaborated with hiring managers on staffing plans and developed recruitment plans accordingly. She built and maintained a high-performance pipeline of candidates for future requisitions and identified and sourced appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization. She was involved in complete end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and sourced profiles through various channels like job portals, employee reference, and social media websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, and BullHorn. Manjula holds a BE in Telecommunications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and GJC Koppa. She has relevant experience in QA, Java, and Web technologies.
