Manjunatha Prabhu is a seasoned performance engineering leader and architect with over 15 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing and engineering, as well as infrastructure tuning of both monolithic platforms and microservices-based applications. He is an expert in building performance engineering teams from the ground up by hiring the best talents in the industry and mentoring them. Currently, he is leading the Performance Engineering team for Jio Platforms' supply chain applications across programs/tenants, including Grocery B2B B2C B2B2C, AJIO B2C B2B, Digital B2B B2C, AJIO Marketplace VMS- Dropship & JIT. Manjunatha is skilled in accurate load modeling and capacity planning of distributed systems. He has extensive experience in technology stacks such as Workload Modeling, Project Lifecycle Management, Load Generation Tools, JVM Analysis, Performance Optimization, DB, LB/Web Servers, Platforms/Frameworks, Caching, Log Analysis, CDN, and Page Load Testing. He is also knowledgeable in APM tools such as AppD, CA, Glowroot, Dynatrace, and Linux commands. Currently, Manjunatha is the DGM/Supply Chain Performance Engineering SME at Jio, where he provides technical leadership for supply chain performance engineering for JIOMART/JPM B2B B2C KB2C, AJIO B2B B2C, and Marketplace. He has exposure in building teams from scratch and setting up performance testing practices. Manjunatha has resolved complex platform performance challenges across all operations and customer channels to deliver excellent end-user experience. He has contributed significantly to enterprise-wide architecture assessment and amendment and has provided strategic direction and thought leadership for platform engineering teams. Manjunatha's past experiences include working as a Sr Technical Leader- Performance Engineering at Huawei, where he led performance testing and engineering of Huawei Honor E-commerce sites, flash sale sites, and event sites across 12 countries. He also worked as a Performance Engineering Consultant at Mindtree, where he engineered Huawei Brand store and Flashsale websites for 10 countries. Manjunatha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from NMAM Institute of Technology and a PUC Science degree from Vivekananda PU College, Puttur.
