Manohar Kundapura is a highly skilled Technical Leader with over 14 years of experience in Cloud Computing, Virtualization, M2M/IoT, OpenCORD, NFV and Datacom domain. He has handled different roles during his tenure, including Developer, Designer, Technical Lead, and Mentor, and has technically led numerous releases as a Scrum Master. Manohar is an excellent team-player with great interpersonal skills and proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing them in a productive manner. Manohar has hands-on experience on various cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, and OpenStack, as well as containerization platforms like K8S, Docker, CNI, and OpenShift. He has experience in OpenCORD and NFV domain that includes OpenStack virtualization, XOS orchestrator, kubernetes containerization, ONOS controller, and Microservice architecture. Manohar is an epitome of thought leadership on IoT and M2M (ETSI and oneM2M) and has made significant contributions to oneM2M Specification contributions to TS-0001 (functional architecture) and TS-0008/0009 (CoAP/HTTP Protocol Binding). He has invaluable experience of working on multiple transport protocols like CoAP, HTTP, SOAP, SSDP, and GENA. He is trained and well-versed in both traditional as well as Agile (SCRUM) Software practices and is a certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. Manohar is currently working as an Engineering Technical Lead at Cisco, where he is enabling OpenStack platform support for security appliances ASAv, FTDv, and FMCv. He is also enabling containerization for Cisco ASA solution, including Microservice development in K8s and integrating Multus CNI with macvlan, ipvlan, and hostdev plugins. He has previously worked as a Senior Developer at Cisco and as a Lead Software Engineer at Radisys, where he worked on various projects, including Central Office Re-architected as a Datacenter (CORD), Dynamic Spectrum Arbitrage (DSA), oneM2M Functional Specification Implementation and Internet of Things (IoT), ETSI Machine-2-Machine Functional Specification Implementation (M2M), Inter Working Proxy (IWF), and Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP).
