Manoj Kumar Nanduri is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 9 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently leading a team of 13 as a Project Manager for Regulatory Trade Reporting in the Equity Derivatives department of HSBC. Manoj is responsible for maintaining and enhancing 10+ real-time and end-of-day applications that are crucial to the entire regulatory trade reporting framework for Global Equity Derivatives. Manoj has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Image Processing (Computer Vision) from the prestigious IIT Kanpur. He has a strong technical background and has worked extensively in KDB+/q, Java, and DevOps. Prior to joining HSBC, Manoj worked as a KDB Dev and Lead in the Equity Derivatives Technology team at HSBC Pune. In this role, he led the KDB development team and worked closely with global counterparts to develop, enhance, and maintain the entire EQD KDB framework and platform consisting of several applications. Before joining HSBC, Manoj worked as a Lead q/KDB+ Developer in the India Cash Analytics team at Citi. In this role, he created and maintained several analytics applications and mentored several team members. He was responsible for the development of historical analytics for Optimus, Citi's Algo Recommendation Engine, and created an application to subscribe to MO profiled commissions and feed them to XChannel. Manoj's experience and expertise in regulatory trade reporting and analytics make him a valuable asset to any financial institution.
