Manoj Ampolu is a Senior Technical Architect at Hexaware Technologies in Chennai, India. He is also a co-founder and Technical Architect at Footprynt where he works on finding the best technology to improve clients' social media footprint. At Hexaware, Manoj leads a team of 15 people and is responsible for creating cutting-edge automation products. He has worked on several projects, including Automaton, a world-class automation suite that competes with other automation platforms in the market. He has also worked on DockIT, a web application that serves as a collage of different enterprise applications, and Smart Contract Generator, a web application that allows users to create enterprise-ready smart contracts for blockchain. Manoj is also part of the Architecture Review Board (ARB), where he troubleshoots critical issues and ensures that high coding standards are maintained across all teams. Manoj's interests lie in machine learning, building products that are AI-enabled, mobile/web application development, social media marketing, and data-driven decision making. He is dedicated to driving technology and handling business and tech-level interactions. His vision is to be an honest and empathetic project leader and to be recognized internationally within his industry. Manoj has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and has worked for companies like Bank of America in the past.
