Manoj Dhillon is a driven Python-Django Backend Developer with a passion for coding. He believes in the three I's: Intent, Interact, and Impact, and applies these principles to his technical career. With almost a year of relevant experience, Manoj is currently working as a Graduate Trainee at NIIT, where he is honing his skills in backend web development with Django. Manoj's technical expertise extends beyond his current role, and he is always exploring new areas of computer science and engineering. He is well-versed in backend development, Python, Django, and web technologies. Prior to joining NIIT, Manoj held leadership positions at Girlscript, where he served as Chapter Lead and Technical Team Head. In these roles, he demonstrated his ability to lead teams and deliver results. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, which he is set to complete in December 2022. He also holds a 12th-grade certificate from Dalamwala Public School and a 10th-grade certificate from New Pargati Sr. Sec. School.
