Manoj Gaddam is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in delivering end-to-end solutions in various industries including Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Telecom, Oil and Gas, Energy, and Agro. He has a strong background in building digital capability using Digital Technologies (SMACi) and delivering platform solutions in transforming businesses from Software for business to Software-driven business. He is a practitioner of Domain Driven Design in Microservices implementation and has experience in application architecture, application development, digital transformation, platform solutions, API-Fication, SOA, ESB, EDA, Internet of Things(IoT), cloud computing, Design and implementation, and a strong practitioner of Design-driven culture. Currently, Manoj is working for Workato as a Manager, Automation Accelerators, where he owns the delivery of the accelerators, leads the end-to-end effort in accelerator rollout, synergizes with partners in building accelerators, and applies Design thinking to come up with a reusable framework to solve an automation use case. Prior to this, he worked for Red Hat, where he helped customers in APAC to accelerate their businesses by scaling their platforms, providing agility for the enterprises with the open-source solutions from Openshift, Hybrid cloud, Ansibile, BxMs, 3scale API Management, and Middleware stack. Before joining Red Hat, he founded a consumer internet startup O2Onow, an offline store aggregator platform in building the future for Retail MSMEs. Manoj has also worked for TIBCO, TESCO Stores, HCL, Parexel, Reliance Petroleum, Carphone warehouse, and Persistent Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics (AMPBA) from the Indian School of Business. He completed his schooling from Loyola Public School. Manoj's tech stack includes Microservices, and he has relevant experience of 20.79 years.
