Manoj Kapri is an experienced HRBP-Global Gaming professional with over 12 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working with TikTok as the HRBP-Global Gaming- APAC and METAP, where he is responsible for inspiring talent and enriching life. Manoj is a strategist by nature and an executioner by action, and he strongly believes in culture and change. Manoj has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University, where he completed his degree in 2010. He also has a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University and completed his Intermediate education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. In his current role, Manoj is working towards adopting culture and change to ensure slow but strong growth. He has experience in various aspects of HR, including hiring, judging, managing, engagement, relations, problem-solving, compensation, benefits, and even firing. Manoj has worked with TikTok in the past as HRBP-Global Business Solutions- METAP Region and HRBP- Global Business Solutions, where he redefined the HR ecosystem and worked towards knowledge sharing. Manoj is a sleep lover who is trying to catch up with the moving world, a beer lover who is trying to keep pace, a food lover who is trying not to eat much, an adventure/travel lover who is trying to keep calm, and a chai lover who is trying to keep his feet cold. He believes in learning to become a good human being and spreading happiness.
