Manoj started his career in Human Resources, which he initially thought was a mismatch given his degree in B.Com. Manoj has worked for several companies in the past, including 32nd and Whitehat Jr/BYJU's Future School. At 32nd, he led recruitment for leadership roles, while at Whitehat Jr/BYJU's Future School, he was responsible for building Global Leadership and hiring for international expansion roles for Mexico, Brazil, US, Indonesia, and India. He hired for various business verticals, including sales, operations, performance marketing, brand management, and legal, and closed roles such as Head of Performance Marketing, Head of Brand, Head of Legal, HR Director, Sales Director, and Operations Director. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University and has almost ten years of relevant experience. He is responsible for leading the hiring of next-generation sales professionals for US West, US East, US Central, and EMEA at Whatfix. He is also responsible for managing the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and presenting weekly updates to leadership on pipeline, challenges, and the way forward.
