Manoj Yadav is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of several tech companies, including Prismberry, TaxSpanner, and ElioSystems.io. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, he has led these companies to multi-million dollar revenues with millions of users. Currently, Manoj is leading Prismberry, a cloud and data solutions company that provides services to multiple clients, building cloud solutions on AWS and GCP, an intelligent automation suite, and data analytics. He is also the COO/CIO of TaxSpanner, a leading fintech compliance portal that helps millions of individuals and companies remain compliant in a no-stress manner. Manoj's expertise includes product innovation and development, strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of technologies and experience driving strategic technology alliances and business partnerships, identifying revenue streams, and aligning products and services matching to market needs. He has experience in delivering large projects across geographies like APAC, US, and Europe and building and leading highly technical teams including data engineers, developers, architects, experts, designers, and business analysts. At Prismberry, Manoj serves as the Co-Founder and Engineering Head, where he builds, manages, and migrates scalable GCP and AWS cloud platforms and applications. He is also involved in identifying development platforms, frameworks, cloud software, and application architecture. He consults top companies on cloud strategy, migration, and management. In the past, Manoj co-founded TaxSpanner, where he was the Co-Founder and CIO. He developed product requirements, defined a complete set of software development, acceptance, and release processes, and worked extensively for product launch, building local affiliates and partners, and planned press releases. He also worked at Conexant as a Project Manager and Platform Owner for Viking/Vulcan Internet Modems, where he managed a team of around 20 direct and indirect reportees, project planning, schedule tracking, and gave technical advice to the team. Manoj holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MCA from Delhi University. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya. His tech stack includes AWS, GCP, Senior Software Engineer, Web, Integration, and Software Engineer.
