Manoj Zacharia is an experienced Software Designer with a strong technology acumen on diverse domains and process knowledge acquired over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. He has worked for 1 year at Rational Software and 11 years at IBM doing core product development for software quality management tools focused on Automated testing. Currently, he is working as an R&D expert in Backup and Recovery domain at Micro Focus. Manoj has developed software products for enterprise customers working with global cross-functional teams doing design, development, deployment, and training. He has established a hand at training on technology, reviewer, and mentor. At present, he is doing foundation work to integrate Micro Focus's Backup and Recovery solution with SAP Hana. In the past 12 months, Manoj has worked on Postgresql integration for the Application backup and restore, enhancements for higher version support, Virtual Environment integration for VMware backup and restore, and developed parallel disk restore capacity. He has also worked on Virtual Environment integration for H3C CAS to back up and restore the Virtual machines in CAS. In the past 12 to 36 months, he has worked on Block-based backup and restore of NTFS and REST API development. Manoj has worked as a senior software developer in information archiving solution, Governance and eDiscovery group of HPE, and as an Advisory Software Engineer at IBM. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Christ University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Applied Sciences (IHRDE) Peermedu. Manoj's tech stack includes designer, integration, test, and software engineer. With 21.11 years of relevant experience, he is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of software development and project management.
