Manorama Jha is a Software Development Engineer at GridRaster Inc. with a diverse interest in the area of computing. Her research interests lie in Augmented/Mixed Reality, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. She is a highly motivated individual with an objective to seek a position in an organisation where her skills find ample opportunities for up-gradation of her knowledge and growth of her career. Manorama has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Oriental University and has completed a Full Stack Web Development course from Free Code Camp. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University and a Post Graduate Diploma in ML and AI from IIIT Bangalore. She has also completed CCE-Proficiency courses in Deep Learning: Theory and Practice, Image Processing and Computer Vision from IISC. Manorama has worked as a Software Development Intern at GridRaster and as a Research Assistant at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. At IIT Kharagpur, she designed photorealistic models of places and objects and added accurate physics simulation for immersive 3D experiences in Virtual Reality (VR) using Oculus Rift and Unreal Engine platforms as part of the Uchhatar Avishkar Yojana (UAY) project funded jointly by Tata Steel and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. Manorama's technical skills include Software Engineering, Research Science, and Computer Vision. She has relevant experience of 2.51 years and is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and growth.
