Mansher Kang is a highly skilled backend software developer with a passion for working on high-paced projects. He is currently a Postgraduate Student at the University of Adelaide and a Contributor Software Engineer at Sabre Corp., where he previously served as an Associate Software Engineer. With a strong background in Java and Microservices architecture, Mansher is a motivated individual with exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities. He consistently delivers excellent performance and has a proven track record of success in his field. Mansher possesses technical expertise in a wide range of tools and technologies, including Java, Kafka, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Grafana, Prometheus, Spring Cloud, HTML, JSON, CSS, Git, IntelliJ, HP PPM, HP ALM, JIRA, Jasper, Junit, Mockito, TestNG, BDD, and TDD. At Sabre Corp., Mansher helped to build a modularly deployable Kubernetes platform from scratch, working with the latest technologies like Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and many others. He developed tools and infrastructure to deploy, administer, and monitor a large-scale distributed application, using Kafka for distributed event processing. He created custom metrics for Kafka Producers and Consumers, developed a Kafka simulator for performance/load testing, and created Grafana dashboards to monitor Kafka and Couchbase metrics. Mansher holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Science from the University of Adelaide, which he is expected to complete in 2024. In addition to his technical skills, Mansher is an excellent communicator and team player.
