Mansi Modak is a dynamic leader with over 18 years of experience in Technical Program Management and Operations. She is currently the Head of TPM at LinkedIn Trust and also serves as the Women In Tech Lead. With a proven track record of delivering results at scale, Mansi is passionate about talent development and building high-performance teams. At LinkedIn, Mansi is responsible for building and evolving the core consumer Flagship app by leading an organization of rockstar TPMs. She has successfully launched several core features such as Notifications, Personalized Feed, LinkedIn Video Live, and LinkedIn Profile Redesign. Previously, at Paypal, she built and launched mobile/web customer onboarding and payment flows. Mansi has fostered the evolution of the initiative-based model for technical program management, which has been transformational for the organization in terms of business impact and professional growth of TPMs. She established a ‘TPM Discovery’ rotational program where employees from other functions at LinkedIn could transition into a technical program management role, resulting in five successful transformations so far. As a part of the company-wide Women In Tech leadership team, Mansi is committed to achieving gender equality in technical roles at LinkedIn and inspiring other companies to do the same. She has also established strategic external partnerships for LinkedIn WIT to create giving back and pay forward opportunities for employees. Mansi has managed a team of 6 rockstar TPMs leading complex programs across a broad spectrum of LinkedIn App such Personalized Feed, Revamped Profile Design, Redesigned Search Experience, and more. She has transformed the Technical Program Management paradigm from helping with ad-hoc operational support to leading the highest priority initiatives to add greater value.
