Mansi Patel is a Technical Program Manager at Google with a personal mission to serve others and promote diversity in all aspects of life. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, Mansi has worked as a Program Manager in Cloud Computing and AI at Microsoft, where she interacted and learned from 1st and 3rd party customers to develop products that empower every person and organization in the world to achieve more. At Microsoft, Mansi leveraged the Moneyball methodology to accelerate the development of customer-centric products, acted as the lead PM on security aspects of Test Base, and interfaced with internal and external customers by identifying technical requirements, translating them to functional specs, designing using FIGMA, influencing roadmap, and meeting strategic business OKRs. She also utilized market analysis to evaluate competitor products using Gartner reports and direct competitor 1:1 meetings, and engaged with Microsoft sales experts to identify new ISV, SI, and Enterprise partners to join Test Base. Mansi publicly spoke and represented Microsoft at renowned conferences such as Microsoft Build 2020, Ignite 2020, AI Dev World, Next Generation Application Testing, and more. Mansi's past experience includes working as a GE - Full-Stack Development Intern at General Electric, where she developed customer-facing applications through the Predix IoT platform and utilized Microservice templates for back-end Java Springboot REST. She also worked as a DTLP Intern at GE Aviation, where she provided a cost savings of $300,000 annually through enhancing the GE customer portal search functionality to decommission off the third-party search solution. Mansi holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
