She successfully set up core teams for BI&DW, DevX, and Consumer trust teams from scratch for the India Development Center. Mansi also led projects on gender diversity and employee referrals to create an impact on recruitment matrix and maintain a healthy channel mix. Before Twilio, Mansi was a Senior Talent Advisor at Oracle where she built strong technical teams that developed Large Scale Enterprise and Cloud Products. She managed Server Technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PAAS & SAAS recruiting in India, and was the SPOC for Product Manager Roles across PAN India for Oracle. Mansi was recognized for standout performance achievement of more than 100% of target in each Quarter for 2 consecutive years. Mansi's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical (Industrial & Production) Engineering from DIT University and she also attended St. Thomas' College Dehradun.
