Mantosh Kumar is an accomplished IT Test Lead with over 11 years of experience in test planning, skill matrix, and QMO activities, with advanced skills in DWH & BI Technology. He is a tech-enthusiast with a strong penchant for technology, which allows him to relish solving complex technical problems with multiple constraints. He has designed a master sheet to analyze project data with standard test cases, reduced testing time by XX%, and increased project profit from 22% in 2016 to 44% in 2020. He has also improved project platform stability by implementing ETL (platform task) automation to reduce manual activities in projects and successfully drove automation projects. Mantosh has previously worked at Capgemini as an ETL Test Lead and Saama Technologies as a QA. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom from Shri Shankracharya College of Engineering & Technology, Bhilai, Chatisgarh, and an Intermediate degree in Physics Chemistry & Math from BISSS 8B.
