Manu Kumar is a seasoned solutioner with over 17 years of extensive experience in driving product management of enterprise products from scratch to delivery. He is currently the Director of Product Management at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he is responsible for driving roadmap and releases for enterprise products with over 35 million cumulative users. Manu is a specialist in leading and mentoring product management teams for enterprise-class products, with a laser focus on user experience in partnership with UX teams. He has also led the product management and analytics teams at the largest online gaming company in India, where he handled end-to-end delivery of large features for enterprise features. Manu is known for providing solutions that are lucid and highly usable for both customers and internal engineering teams, resulting in customer satisfaction and cost savings at the same time. He has over five years of development experience in enterprise and desktop applications, which helps him create solutions that use platforms/technologies at hand, none barred. Manu's past experiences include being the Director of Product Management at EdCast, where he headed the LXP and Integrations products that make up the flagship products of the company. He ensured the best user experience for learners and curators alike, and with integrations, he allowed customers to access content from any and every system under the sun that they would want to use. He also led the front-desk operations PM team at Zeoti, where he ensured that front desk staff got the best user experience to make them do their work most efficiently. Manu holds a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Hyderabad, and a BSc in Computer Science from Nagpur University. He is a product manager by tech stack and is highly skilled in driving product management of enterprise products.
