Manu Rautela is a business management student at MDI Gurgaon with a strong passion for understanding business fundamentals. Manu has an impressive track record as a Software Development Engineer in the Application Development Department at Nineleaps Technology, Bangalore. Within three years, she was promoted twice for her ability to deliver requirements timely and efficiently. She worked on various projects, including website and product development, and was responsible for client communication. Currently, Manu is working as a Software Development Engineer II at Nineleaps, where she is responsible for developing incoming client requirements for multiple projects. She also ensures efficient and timely delivery of requirements and conducts technical interviews of incoming SDE I and below level candidates as part of the hiring team. Manu is a graduate of DIT University, where she earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. She is also pursuing a PGDM in Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, which she is expected to complete in 2024. As a software engineer, Manu's tech stack includes various programming languages and software tools. With almost three years of relevant experience, she is honest and sincere in her work and always seeks to contribute further to the corporate world.
