Manvi Sharma is a post-graduate in Biotechnology with a passion for science communication and content development. She has over 3 years of experience in the education and development sector, with a focus on creating engaging and effective content for students. Currently working as a Science Communicator Intern at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Manvi is involved in the 'Superheroes against Superbugs' campaign, which aims to tackle the growing threat of antibiotic-resistant infections in India. Prior to this, Manvi worked as a Science Content Developer at Playablo, where she developed assessments and quizzes for Science for grades VI to X. She also reviewed assessments created by other developers in terms of learning outcomes and grade appropriateness. As an Educator at Teach for India, Manvi taught Maths and Science to 110 IX and X graders of a government school in Seelampur. She worked closely with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of her teaching. Manvi's education history includes a Masters of Science in Biotechnology from Chandigarh University, where she graduated in 2020. She also completed a Project Trainee program in Immunology at the National Institute of Immunology in 2020. In addition, Manvi has completed a Summer training program at the Department of Biotechnology at Jamia Millia Islamia, where she worked in the Metabolic Engineering Lab. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Deshbandhu College, which she completed in 2018. Manvi's passion for science and education is evident in her work, and she is always looking for opportunities to work at the intersection of science and development.
