Manyata Goyal is an experienced Technical Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the software industry. She is currently an Engineering Manager II at Uber, where she leads a team of engineers in developing and improving the platform's server side development in Java, with some experience on Android platform. With over 12.95 years of relevant experience, Manyata has worked her way up the ranks at Uber, having previously held the positions of Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. She has played a key role in improving the pickup experience in emerging markets with slow and unreliable network conditions, as well as kickstarting the routing back to basics charter in Bangalore, building the team and charter from the ground up.
