Margaret Mitchell is a full-stack IT leader with over 31 years of experience in the Information Technology field, including 16 years at the vice-president level. She is an outstanding leader with extensive experience in leading global teams in the development and implementation of digital products (mobile and web), big data, business intelligence, campaign and offer systems, financial processing, enterprise data management, database development, data center migrations, and leading the bootstrap of a profitable startup within a large corporation. Margaret has successfully managed 30+ million in budget and global teams of over 200 employees and contractors. Currently, Margaret is the CIO for Resonea Inc, a Med/Tech company with a mission to improve sleep breathing health. As the Executive IT leader for Resonea, she is responsible for the IT strategy and development of DROWZLE, a mobile software system that provides an easy way to record and analyze sleep breathing patterns and share results with your doctor. This includes the development of new products and capabilities for Resonea Inc. to promote a new standard in sleep breathing health. Margaret's areas of expertise include the deployment of complex business intelligence, big data, analytics, and database solutions, enterprise data and master data management strategy development and execution, deployment of complex digital products and services - web and mobile, interactive business and marketing, start-up with in a large corporation, agile, Dev/Ops software development, data center technology and migration, seamless systems integration, strategies that deliver results, campaign and offer marketing systems, financial processing system systems, organizational design, relationship management, employee development and team building, executive presentation skills, offshore technology deployment, secure data management, technical and system architecture, large financial and budget management, managing a startup within a large corporation, and leadership of global teams. Margaret's past experience includes being the VP Engineering (VP IT, VP Software Development) at American Express, where she led the Engineering and Development of Plenti, including Information Management, Digital Development, Architecture, and Financial Processing leveraging agile and dev/ops techniques for rapid development and product deployment. Plenti is a purchased start-up within American Express. Since its launch (May, 2015), it has over 50 million U.S. Customers, with over a dozen sponsors and partners (Exxon/Mobil, Macy's, RiteAid, ATT, Nationwide, Chili's) which are part of a unique loyalty coalition.
