Marhadiasha Kusumawardhana is a professional software engineer with over 9 years of experience in developing large-scale applications. She has worked on several projects including GoLife, BBM, Liputan6.com, Bola.com, and others. Marhadiasha is skilled and experienced in software development, especially on the back-end side, including business logic, data modeling, database design, etc. She has a strong academic background, having earned a scholarship from LPDP (Indonesian Ministry of Finance) and graduating with honors/cum laude on a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). She also holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where she graduated with a final WAM of 94/100 (awarded with Excellence). Currently, Marhadiasha is working as a Backend Engineer at Gojek, where she leads the Supply stream of GoLife backend software engineers. She is responsible for developing and maintaining backend services related to GoLife service providers, order allocations, and performance bonuses. Marhadiasha has designed, written, and led the development and maintenance of Spider, a backend service that holds and serves all information of all GoLife service providers. She has also designed, written, and led the development and maintenance of Sonance, a backend service that records performance of each GoLife service providers then calculates and disburses their performance bonuses. Marhadiasha ensures that all services are developed with the TDD approach with high code coverage and that the codes are readable and maintainable. Technology used: Ruby/Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Chef, among others. Before joining Gojek, Marhadiasha worked as a Lead Software Engineer for BBM News at PT. Kreatif Media Karya. She was responsible for designing and writing the application from scratch and leading the team that maintains and develops the application. Marhadiasha ensured that the application is developed with the TDD approach on both back-end and front-end side using RSpec and Jasmine. She has also worked as a Software Engineer at PT. Kreatif Media Karya, where she developed and engineered Liputan6.com, Bintang.com, and Bola.com using Agile methods, including pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration to maximize productivity, maintain communication, and ensure reliability.
