Mariana Guerrero is an experienced Integrated Communications Manager with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently, she is working with SAP Latin America & Caribbean as an Integrated Communications Manager, where she leads internal and external communications for the newly created “Multi-Country” sub-region. In her current role, she is responsible for expanding media relations through traditional and new social media strategies, developing communications for Multi-Country’s Managing Director, and positioning key messages through relevant internal channels. Prior to her current role, Mariana worked as a Social Media Manager & Northern Latin America Communications Coordinator at SAP. She also created content relevant to the Latin America audience and reached an audience visibility of 2 million online users throughout 2013. Additionally, she successfully executed a social media campaign for the global Corporate Social Responsibility Twitter and Facebook accounts to promote volunteer activities at SAPPHIRE NOW, the company’s largest event, targeting 15K attendees and off-site audience. Mariana holds a Global MBA degree from IE Business School and a Mass Communications degree from Florida International University.
