Her role involves managing different recruitment projects, from headhunting to full selection processes, including job ads, interviews, personality tests, and more. Marii's journey in recruitment started at Traveller Tours, where she worked as the Chief Executive Officer. The company runs fun and alternative tours and day trips in Tallinn & Estonia, and Marii's job involved recruiting and managing a team of young and entertaining guides who shared personal stories about Tallinn & Estonia from the perspective of the local youth. She also served as a Board Member at Sidetrip, a company that combines transport and sightseeing to provide the perfect way to visit smaller towns, villages, and countryside highlights during transit between bigger cities. Marii's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Tallinn University, where she studied from 2008 to 2012. She also spent two years at UWC Adriatic - Collegio del Mondo Unito dell'Adriatico O.N.L.U.S. from 2006 to 2008. Marii's philosophy degree has been an asset to her recruitment career, as it has helped her develop a unique perspective on understanding people and their motivations. Marii's tech stack includes Computer Vision, which she has gained experience in during her career. However, her main focus is on people and their happiness.
