Mariya Snow is an experienced automation engineer with over 5 years of expertise in full-stack web and mobile development, with a particular focus on security and user privacy. With a strong knowledge of deployment and automation best practices, Mariya is a collaborative team leader who is dedicated to building exceptional products within a fun and productive work environment. Mariya has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including AVG Technologies/Avast, PayPal, and Google. At AVG Technologies/Avast, she was a Sr. Developer who focused on researching and developing security and privacy products. At PayPal, Mariya was the UI/UX Lead on a web application to manage all Transport Layer Security (TSL) within the PayPal internal network. This tool was awarded twice for Innovation and Execution. At Google, Mariya led the frontend and backend development of a LAMD (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Django) application for work queue statistical analysis and visualization to identify bottlenecks and enhance productivity. Mariya is currently working as an Automation Engineer at Indeed, where she continues to use her skills and expertise to build exceptional products. She has previously worked as a Full Stack Developer at Apple, where she gained valuable experience in developing mobile applications incorporating dynamic data analytics, automated deployments, and scalable backend infrastructure. Mariya holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a degree in Contemporary Art and History from the Art Academy in Russia.
