Mark is a crypto breather, sim racing lover, karate nerd, and still enjoys playing with cars. When he is not busy during the week negotiating an offer around salary or equity, you can find him on the many trails in the San Francisco Bay Area, hiking, cycling, and just having fun outdoors in general. He has experience working with various verticals and methodologies, sourcing passive and active qualified candidates from various platforms, utilizing various drip and direct email campaigns to attract the best talent, screening and filtering candidates based on technical experience and non-technical skills, interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers, approval of all recruiter screening summaries and scorecards, and has an average fill time of 6-8 weeks across all roles.
