He also worked as a Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters, focusing on Backend Services and DevOps projects to support large-scale customer-facing applications. His experience includes using tools such as Jenkins, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, AWS, Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, REST APIs, Sensu, and Kafka, with a focus on continuous integration and deployment, maintainability, and scalability of applications with minimal human intervention. Mark's education history includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
