Mark Gollin is a seasoned App Developer with over 24 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He is currently working at Microsoft as the Principal Development Manager, leading the iOS Development team for an unreleased Microsoft group productivity multi-platform product. Mark has a proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality iOS applications. In his previous role as the Principal Development Lead at Microsoft, he led the MSN Platform team for iOS. Mark's team developed the application platform and framework used to deliver five MSN apps to the iOS App Store, which were responsible for the core iOS application and shared UX used to deliver rich article, photo, and video experiences across the apps. He also coordinated the work of more than 80 product team developers worldwide. Mark has also worked as a Group Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led the Travel product through a major update release, significantly expanding content and services. He negotiated Microsoft rights deals in excess of $10M for travel content and services, including the first worldwide licensing of Michelin green guide data in 8 languages, Lonely Planet guides and articles, Booking.com direct user review, room description, and booking services, and additional photo licensing for destinations and hotels. Mark has a strong educational background, having attended Trinity High School. He has expertise in iOS development and is proficient in the relevant tech stack.
