Mark Uhrmacher is a seasoned technology and business leader, with over 22 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director at EY-Parthenon, he provides expertise and leadership for the Software Strategy Group, serving leading PE firms and their portfolio companies on diligence and value creation in the Software Economy. Mark has previously worked as a Managing Director at Complex Technology Professionals LLC, where he resurrected his consulting company to offer technology management services, including due diligence, interim CTO, and other advisory projects. He has also been a member of the New York CTO Club. Mark's educational background includes an S.B. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he attended from 1990 to 1994. He also attended the Hearst Management Institute in 2015-16 and the Park School from 1984 to 1990. Mark's tech stack includes expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI.
