Martin Eriksson is an experienced product leader, co-founder and chairman of Mind the Product, and an operating partner for product at EQT Ventures. With over 23 years of relevant experience, Martin is a well-known figure in the product management community, having co-authored the best-selling book Product Leadership. At EQT Ventures, Martin is part of the investing team, focused on supporting the portfolio companies on all things product. EQT Ventures is a multi-stage VC fund, and with over €1.2 billion total capital raised, they are one of Europe's largest. Martin's team of former founders and operators have experienced the entrepreneurial journey firsthand and know how challenging it can be. Based in Stockholm, London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, and San Francisco, the EQT Ventures team is ready to support the next generation of entrepreneurs with the expertise and advice needed to build global success stories. Prior to joining EQT Ventures, Martin was the CPO in Residence at EQT Ventures, advising the portfolio companies on all things product, including product strategy, org design, hiring, and scaling. Martin is also the co-founder and chairman of Mind the Product, the world's largest product community, with a mission to make product people more successful by coming together to further the craft of product management. Mind the Product includes ProductTank, a meetup for product people with over 300,000 members across 215+ cities around the world, the world’s largest product conference held annually in London, San Francisco, and Singapore, and Mind the Product Training with both public and corporate workshops globally. Martin's education includes an incomplete degree in International Business Administration from Linköpings Universitet and an International Baccalaureate from SSHL.
