Maruti Tella is a seasoned business strategy and operations professional with over 10 years of experience in management consulting, internet, and e-commerce companies in the US and Asia. He is currently working as Manager, Business Strategy and Operations at LinkedIn, focusing on consumer products. Maruti began his career at Bain & Company, a leading management consulting firm, where he worked with clients primarily in consumer products, industrial goods, and private equity space. During his 3.5 years at Bain, he gained expertise in corporate strategy, B2B and B2C sales acceleration, customer loyalty, cost optimization, project management office, and due diligence. As Head of Seller Performance (E-commerce), he was part of the regional team at Lazada and worked on strategy to drive sales and engagement from 100K+ sellers on the marketplace across six countries. Maruti holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, where he was ranked among the top 5% of class (Director Merit List), and a B.Tech. Honors in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ESCP Europe.
