At Hi-Tech Isolutions LLP, Mashnu was responsible for analyzing aeronautical data and worked as an AIM coordinator to address discrepancies and provide solutions. Mashnu was also involved in the development of Android apps as well as Python desktop apps and was awarded the monthly STAR performer award twice and the annual performance excellence award. Mashnu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from RTM Nagpur University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Malvan.
