Matt Anger is an accomplished Engineering Leader with over 17 years of experience in end-to-end large scale backend system design and development. He has a proven track record of helping five startups to successful exits, including MoPub, Twitter, MAX, Doordash, and Airbnb. Matt specializes in Adtech and Real-time bidding system design and has extensive domain knowledge and experience in this field. He is proficient in Go, Rust, C++, C, Java, Kotlin, Python, Scala, Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing, High-Performance computing, Linux, and Android. Currently, Matt is working as a Senior Staff Engineer and Founding member of the Core Platform Team at Doordash. He is responsible for designing and developing large-scale systems using Kubernetes and other relevant technologies. In his previous role as Technical Lead at Lime, Matt played a crucial role in scaling the engineering organization. He created Lime's service architecture and successfully launched multiple custom services to improve the performance and capabilities of Lime's core systems.
