Matt Billard is a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 17 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working at Citadel, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's software applications using a variety of technologies and tools. Matt's previous experience includes working as a Team Lead at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for architecting and building Marquee Galaxy, a grid of bond data with hundreds of thousands of rows updated in real-time. This project involved working with React/Redux, TypeScript, Webpack, Rush, GraphQL, Ag-Grid, Highcharts, WebSockets, PostCSS, ESLint, and Prettier. As a Team Lead, he managed a team of UI developers and also acted as a client site manager, overseeing 15+ contractors across multiple teams. Matt was responsible for coaching, mentoring, conducting one-on-ones, quarterly performance reviews, and interviews. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Matt worked as a Director of JavaScript at InRhythm, where he managed 15+ developers across multiple projects at Mastercard and Goldman Sachs.
