Matt Fornito is a seasoned entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and thought leader with over 15 years of experience in the data and artificial intelligence (AI) space. He is currently the Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Revenue.io, where he is revolutionizing communication through AI, one conversation at a time. Matt is also the Head of Artificial Intelligence at trace3, where he is responsible for constructing, piloting, and growing the new Analytics and AI business line from the ground up. Matt's extensive experience in data science consulting, leadership roles, and data-driven analytics has enabled him to become a leading expert in deriving tangible value from data. He has worked with dozens of Global F500 companies to build out their strategic data and AI roadmaps by prioritizing their resources and goals for maximal business outcomes. As a result, he has been featured in CIO Magazine, CDO Magazine, and the Cambridge Press, and is a member of the Evanta (Gartner) CIO Council and acting as the NVIDIA Partner Advisory Chair. Matt's skill set provides him with a unique ability to build out data/AI/technology strategies, simplify the complex, act as a communications bridge, build teams that drive actionable insights, and evangelize on data, AI, & the art of the possible. He has also developed proprietary methodologies, including a 5 Level of AI Maturity ranking methodology, AI process pipeline, and packaged solutions for greenspace customers. Matt holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Georgia. He also has an Interdisciplinary Certificate in Leadership and Service from The University of Georgia.
