Matt Levinson is a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack/Front-end Software Engineer with a passion for elegant, maintainable, and simple code. He has over 12 years of relevant experience leading highly scalable initiatives and test-driven development for startups and enterprise. Currently, he is working as a Senior Front End Developer at Advisor Engine, where he serves as the front-end lead, designs reusable components, and mentors junior developers. Matt's skills include expertise in Javascript (React, Angular, Node, Express, jQuery), CSS, SASS, and HTML. He is proficient in React.js, Typescript, Node.js, Storybook, Redux, Styled Components, ES7, Redux-Router, and D3.js. Prior to working at Advisor Engine, Matt worked as a UI Engineer at Avenue Code, where he used React.js, Redux.js, CSS, and HTML to develop front-end applications for a major e-commerce client. He also attended the Full Stack Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly, where he worked on project-based learning using Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Backbone.js, jQuery, node.js, Postgres, SQL, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, git, test-driven development, and agile methodologies.
