Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to VP Business at Meesho, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and strategic initiatives. With over 5.86 years of relevant experience in the industry, he has a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations. Matthew began his career as a Piano Tutor/Accompanist and later transitioned into the role of Software Engineer at Verizon. During his tenure, he played a key role in completing the Revenue Recognition project ahead of the US Government deadline and implementing multiple tax reforms and accounting changes for Verizon. He gained hands-on experience working with Teradata and Oracle and followed coding and testing standards strictly while meeting project milestones and completing daily tasks. He also completed Test and Production environment migrations for multiple Agile sprints and spearheaded the initiative on Churn Analytics in the Data Warehouse team.
