Matthew Davis is an accomplished professional with over 14 years of relevant experience in executive search, higher education, business and brand development, partnerships, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is currently serving as the Associate Director of Careers, Alumni Engagement, and B2B for North America at IE Business School, where he is responsible for building strategic relationships with business leaders, corporate recruiters, and executive headhunters for the benefit of the IE alumni community in North America. He works closely with IE's four North American offices and the International Development, Global Alumni Relations, and Talent & Careers teams in Madrid. Prior to his current role, Matthew served as the Associate Director of Careers, Alumni Engagement, and B2B for North America at IE University, a world-class higher education institution that shapes leaders with global vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a humanistic approach. He was responsible for building strategic relationships with business leaders, corporate recruiters, and executive headhunters for the benefit of the IE alumni community in North America. Matthew also served as the Program Manager for Gurus & Griots at IE Africa Center, where he led a fellowship program that provided a platform for African and diasporic solutions to global challenges. Matthew holds an International MBA from IE Business School and has studied abroad at the Universidade Católica de Salvador and Temple University Rome, where he focused on Portuguese Language & Brazilian Cultural Anthropology, Art History & Archaeology, respectively. He also holds a degree from Benjamin Franklin High School. Matthew's tech stack includes search, and he is highly skilled in connecting companies across North America with IE's talented alumni. He is passionate about creating diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and is committed to building strategic partnerships that benefit the IE alumni community.
